As the new year rolls in, pouring rains have elevated flow rates in the Carmel River this week.  Our local regions were equally productive, ringing in a busy start to the year with 9 closings (5 in Pebble Beach, 4 in Carmel) as well as 7 new sales (4 in Pebble, 2 in Carmel, 1 in Quail Lodge).  We are busy chipping away at our 4th Quarter Market Update which we’ll have ready next week – until then, below please find a screenshot of the market activity from the first full week in 2019:
