We hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July and hope you enjoy the beautiful weather scheduled for this weekend. As always, an update on the market in each region below.

Pebble Beach had one less sale than last week- finishing the week at 3 new sales and 2 closed escrows. The two closed escrows in Pebble were a completely remodeled home in Country Club West that sold for $1.875M (4% off list price) and a 1929 Spanish style home in Country Club East that closed at $1.411M (3% off list price). The top new sale in Pebble Beach was an estate on the 18thFairway at Pebble Beach Golf Links listed at $22.75M – we are honored to represent the sellers of this estate that boasts lush rose gardens and a swimming pool along 260 feet of the famed 18th hole. The other new sales included an updated home in Country Club East listed at $1.599M and a custom home in Central Pebble Beach listed at $1.049M.

Carmel tapered a little from last week with 5 closed escrows and no new sales. The top closed escrow in Carmel was a newer home in Hatton Fields that closed 7% off list price at $2.3M. We are honored to represent the sellers of 2957 Franciscan Way, a warm Colonial with views of Carmel Mission and Point Lobos, that closed at $2.285M (12% off list price). The other closed escrows included a Tuscan Style cottage in Northwest Carmel that closed at $2M (8% off list price), a home in Southwest Carmel that backs up to Mission Trail Park that closed at $1.9M (3% off list price), and a charming cottage in Northeast Carmel that closed at $1.408M (less that .5% over list price).

For the second week, no new activity to report in the Quail or Highlands market.
