Pebble had another slow week with 2 closings and 1 new sale. The two closed escrows this week came from Country Club West and included a 2 bed/ 2 bath single level home with forest views that closed after just 2 days on the market at $1.38M (1% off list price), and a renovated single level 3 bedroom house close to Spanish Bay that closed at $1.35M (4% off list price). The one new sale also came from the Country Club West area and is a single level home listed at $1.286M.


Carmel had a hot week with 6 closings and 2 new sales this week. The top closed escrow was a perfectly appointed cottage on San Carlos and 13th that closed at $3.7M (5% off list price) after just 2 days on the market. We are honored to represent the Buyers and Sellers of this charming 3 bedroom cottage with stunning finishes throughout. The other closed escrows included a turn-key 3 bed/ 2 bath cottage in Southeast Carmel that closed at 1.36M (3% off list price), a major fixer in the heart of downtown with a partially complete AUD that closed at $1.3M (7% off list price), a 5 bed/ 3.5 bath fixer in Northeast Carmel that closed at 1.25M (9% off list price), a charming condo with ocean views on Mission and 4th that closed at $1.2M (5% off list price), and a bank owned property is Northeast Carmel that sold for $908K after 242 days on market. The top new sale this week was a newly constructed contemporary cottage that sold off-market and listed at $3.295. The other new sale was a 4 bedroom contemporary located on a cul-de-sac in Southeast Carmel listed at $2.999M.


For the second week, there was no activity to report in the Carmel Highlands, Quail and the Preserve this week.
