AT&T is in Full Swing

The Pebble Beach Pro Am is here and the weather couldn’t be more spectacular with summer like conditions in the high 70s. If you are in town hopefully you get the chance to walk one of the three courses for some great golf and entertainment. Another strong week as activity continues to increase across the board. As always, a highlight of the activity this week.

Pebble had another steady week with 2 closed escrows and 4 new sales. We are proud to represent the top closed escrow this week, a new contemporary located on Padre Lane that closed at $6.4M (8% off list price). The other closed escrow was a traditional home on Trappers Trail that closed at $1.5M (12% off list price). The top new sale was an off-market 6 bedroom estate with stunning views on Riata Road listed at $9.9M. The other new sales included a John Mathams remodel on the Shore Course at MPCC listed at $5.099M, a French Country home on Crescent Road listed at $2.95M, and a beautiful one-story home in the Country Club West area on Ocean Road listed at $1.795M.

Carmel had a busy week with 3 closed escrows and 5 new sales. The closed escrow was a custom home on Carmelo and Ocean with ocean views that closed at $5.275M (4% off list price). The other two closed escrows were a newly constructed duplex on Dolores & 3rd that closed at $1.825M (25% off list price), and a fixer cottage on Walker Ave that sold at full ask of $1.2M. The top new sale was a newly constructed home on the corner of Casanova and 10th listed at $2.998M. The other new sales included a fairytale cottage on Monte Verde listed at $2.295M, a remolded home in Hatton Fields listed at $2.249M, a Carmel cottage on Casanova and 10th listed at $1.795M, and a mid-century modern in Hatton Fields listed at $900k.

The Carmel Highlands saw some action this week with 2 new sales. The top new sale was a traditional oceanfront home on Yankee Point listed at $4.695M. We are proud to represent the buyers of the other new sale, a Carmel Highlands estate on San Remo Road with stunning views, listed at $3.3495M.

Quail Lodge had one new sale this week, a rarely available Valley Greens Condo listed at $849k.

No news to report in Quail Meadows or the Preserve this week.
