The Year Winds Down

admin Weekly Blog 0 Comments

The last full week of the year slowed in Pebble Beach and the prime parts of Carmel, as it generally does. That said, Pebble did see one small new sale in MPCC and two closed sales, a fixer also in the MPCC area that closed at $1.2M and, a very nice, fully renovated home on Viscaino that we closed at $3.25M – a good value on a strong property.

Carmel saw zero new sales but one closed sale of a fully renovated ocean view home on The Point which sold before it even hit the market, at $2.975M.  The Point has had a heckuva year.

We’re working on our year-end market recap and will have it out and posted next week.  As always, a few interesting story lines this year.

Around Town:

12/27: The Legends of Rock and Roll Tribute Concert

12/29: Katie Claire Annual New Years Baroque Concert

12/31: Pacific’s Edge hosts a New Year’s dinner

Best,

Mike, Lynn & Jess.
