The Top of Market at Pebble Stays Strong

After a 5 month drought of $6M+ sales in Pebble this year, we have seen several big deals pop recently including the closed sale of 1480 Padre this week for $7.6M and a new sale at 1601 Sonado that was listed for $8.95M. Joining the list of new sales in Pebble was a recently remodeled home on Viscaino that had been on the market for over 3 years listed for $2.05M and a fixer down on Bird Rock listed for $900K. The other closed sale in Pebble was a condo on Ocean Pines that sold for $589K.

Carmel also had three new sales and two closed sales this week. The new sales included a smaller cottage on Carmel Point listed for $1.55M, another fixer on Lincoln and 13th listed for $1.295M, and a mid-century modern fixer on the Carmel Point side of Santa Lucia that was listed for $1.399M. The closed sales included a very clean Mediterranean overlooking the Mission up on Franciscan that closed for $3.8M and a vintage house on a double lot on Carmel Point that sold for $2.7M.
