ellen Weekly Blog

Activity notably slowed across the Peninsula this week, totaling just 3 closed escrows and 1 new sale in the areas we cover. A few highlights from the week below:

No news to report in Pebble this week – the first time this has occurred in almost a year.

Carmel also saw a notable drop in activity this week with only 3 closed escrows and 1 new sale. The top closed escrow came from the NE area of Carmel – a newly built traditional-style home on Guadalupe that sold for $1.75M (3% off of List Price). The other closed escrows included a 1919 craftsman-cottage, just North of Ocean on Casanova, that closed at the full price of $1.45M and an 80’s ranch-style home on the Eastern part of Ocean Ave that closed at $1.15M (4% off List Price). The lone new sale comes from just east of Carmel Point – a newly renovated traditional-style home on an oversized lot with an ask of $1.495M.

No news to report in either the Highlands or Quail areas.
