Pebble Beach continued on a strong pace this week with 5 new sales and 3 that closed escrow. The top new sale this week was a Cesar Pelli designed estate in Macomber that’s listed for $12.8M and set to close in the beginning of May. The other 4 new sales in Pebble included a renovated French styled house at 2930 Bird Rock that’s listed for $2.595M, an updated rancher at 1050 The Old Drive listed for $1.375M, an older Spanish style house at 4021 El Bosque listed for $1.15M and a tear down on 2967 Sloat listed for $719K. We were honored to represent the buyers on 1272 Padre Lane, which closed this week for 26% off the original list price of $4.5M. 1555 Viscaino was a short sale that closed for $2.01M and 2872 Oak Knoll that closed at list price for $1.195M.
Carmel had three new sales this week and one closed escrow. The new sales included Monte Verde 2 NE of 13th that’s listed for $2.95M, 26334 River Park Place that’s listed for $2.15M and 3009 Lasuen that listed for $999K (the first listing on Carmel Point under $1M in well over a year). The closed escrow was a remodeled home on San Antonio & 11th that closed for $2.05M.
