The Pebble Beach market maintained its hot streak with 4 closed sales and 2 new sales, while Carmel saw zero activity across the board.  The Lodge Area lead the way this week with half of all sales and new listings coming from within the region.  The closed sales included a frontline contemporary fixer on the 2nd hole of Pebble that closed at $9.46M (5% off of list price), a spectacular lot on prized Del Ciervo that closed at $7.45M (6% off of list price), a French style home on Riata that closed at $2.7M (8% off of list price) and a classic Mediterranean near MPCC that closed at $1.6M (6% off of list price).  The new sales included a remodeled contemporary in the Country Club area with an ask of $1.365M and a fixer in the Upper Forest with an ask of $959K.

We just brought a truly one-of-a-kind listing to the market:  “Casa Robro”. Located along the 2nd green of Pebble Beach, this elegant Mediterranean estate will undoubtedly take your breath away.  From the fantastic ocean views to the superb design elements – it is the ultimate golfer’s escape.  Here’s a link to the property website for this remarkable home.
