Pebble Beach rebounded this week with 6 new sales across a broad spectrum of list prices. Two newer Mediterranean homes in the MPCC area went into escrow this week: a frontline house on MPCC’s 5th fairway of the shore course listed for $4.995M and a house on the interior of Cormorant listed for $2.795M. The four other new sales in Pebble Beach included our listing at 1563 Sonado – a great fixer in the banana belt of Pebble – and three listings just below $1M. No closed sales this week for Pebble but with 19 in the pipeline, that will likely change quickly.
Carmel had three new sales and two closed sales this week. The new sales included two fixers on Carmel Point and a classic beach house just off Santa Lucia and Monte Verde in the Golden Rectangle: the smaller home on an oversized lot on Valley View was listed for $1.55M, the home with great ocean views from the office upstairs on Santa Lucia was listed for $1.399M and the Monte Verde listing just inside the Golden Rectangle was listed for $2.295M. The two closed sales this week were a newer cottage on Casanova and Santa Lucia that sold for $2.05M and a small home on an oversized lot on 14th sold for $920K.
