Pebble Beach Continues to Percolate and Carmel Sees a Bounce

admin Weekly Blog

Concours week was another jammed-pack week here on the Monterey Peninsula.  Every year it seems to get bigger.  Crazy but fun week here.

Pebble Beach continued to outpace the prime parts of Carmel last week but Carmel did see a small bounce.  Pebble had 4 new sales (3 under $2M, which has been red hot for two years, and one on prized Padre Lane with an ask of $4.495M) and one closed sale (an MPCC- area home that closed at $1.595M).  Another solid week for Pebble.

The prime parts of Carmel saw zero closed sales but did see two new sales, both on Dolores, one with an ask of $1.15M and the other at $2.45M.  Not great but not terrible.

If we’re going to see a jump from all the Concours activity it will be within the next 2-4 weeks as any deals that may have been incubated during the week show up in the stats.  Stay tuned.
