The market continued to slow down this week with just one new sale in Pebble Beach and 5 closed escrow across both Pebble Beach and Carmel. The new sale was a fixer up on Sunridge listed for $995K. 4 of the 5 closed escrows came in Pebble Beach including a great Townhouse at the Lodge with views back to Stillwater Cove that sold for $4M. The other closed escrows included a rancher on Lopez that closed for $3.13M, a renovated home up on Rampart that closed for $1.08M and a house on Indian Village that sold just off list price for $1.15M. The closed sale in Carmel was a nice home at the corner of Santa Lucia and Dolores that had been on the market for 2 years and closed at $3.2M.
