Thanksgiving is just around the corner and the holiday season is in full swing around town. Carmel’s market had another strong week while Pebble slowed from the following week. Pebble Beach’s momentum slowed with just one 1 closed escrow and 3 new sales, down from last week’s 4 closed and 5 sales. We are honored to represent the buyers and sellers of the top new sale this week, 3353 17 Mile Drive, an off market Mediterranean estate located across the 15th fairway of the famed Pebble Beach Golf Links. The other new sales included a recently remodeled home in the MPCC area at 1074 Mission Road listed at $1,025,000 and a ranch style home at 4060 El Bosque Drive, only on the market 4 days and currently listed at $949,000. The one closed escrow was a condo in Upper Forest that sold at full ask of $685,000 after being on the market 7 days.
Carmel had another strong week with 9 closed escrows and 4 new sales. The top closed escrows included a charming Carmel cottage on Casanova and 10th closing at $4,250,000 and a polished 2 bed, 2 bath Mediterranean cottage located on the coveted Scenic Road closing at $4,125,000. The other closed escrows included the “Rosebud Cottage” on Camino Real 9NE of 4th which sold for $2,275,000, a post adobe home at 26351 Camino Real closing at $2,000,000, a traditional home in Hatton Fields at 3273 Trevis Way closing at $1,700,000, an immaculate cottage at Santa Rita 4NW of 2nd closing at $1,515,000, a Mission Fields home with views of Fish Ranch at 3583 Oliver Road closing at $1,050,000, a recently updated bungalow at Lobos 6NE of 2nd closing at $962,500, and cottage in need of some TLC on Santa Rita and First closing at $857,000.
