The big deals continued to roll in Pebble with an off market sale on Sombria along the Cypress Point golf course for $12M. Pebble had two additional closed sales and 5 new sales: a 6500 square foot house on Lisbon that sold for $2.385M and an older rancher on Colton that closed for $764K. Four of the five new sales in Pebble Beach were under $1M this week: a larger home on El Bosque listed for $949K, a short sale on Sloat listed for $690K, a very clean home on Indian Village listed for $999.5K, and a condo up on Ocean Pines for $424K. As a sign of the velocity in the market right now, all of these new sales were on the market for less than two months. The fifth new sale in Pebble was a newer contemporary on Bird Rock that was listed for $2.25M.
Carmel continued at a steady pace this week with three new sales but no closed sales. Two were Golden Rectangle sales on the market for less than two weeks: an oversized house on Carmelo and 10th listed for $1.695M and a classic cottage on an oversized lot on Dolores and 12th for $1.95M. The third new sale was a Carmel Point contemporary house on Ocean View that was listed for $3.699M. After a sluggish week last week it was nice to see this forward looking activity in Carmel
A few notable activities this weekend include the Annual Cavalier King Charles beach Party on Carmel Beach today from 1:00-4:00, the Monterey Symphony presents Merriment at the Sunset Center on Saturday and Sunday, and the Carmel Heritage Society Spring Lecture Series: “Carmel Mission: History and Restoration” at the Carmel Women’s Club on Tuesday.
Absolutely gorgeous weather expected all weekend – hope you get a chance to enjoy it.
