Scenic is Popping

admin Weekly Blog

In addition to our recently announced Butterfly House sale, another property on Scenic just went into escrow: 26149 Scenic, a 3 lot parcel between Scenic and Bay View with great potential. Carmel had 2 additional new sales this week: a cottage with a guest unit on Isabella listed for $1.475M and a small ranch-style house on Lincoln in the Golden Rectangle. Somewhat surprisingly, there were no closed sales in Carmel this week.

Pebble Beach had 2 closed sales this week: a nice home on Viscaino that closed for $1.85M and a short sale on Larkin that closed for $790K. Pebble had 4 new sales including two great fixers in the Estates area: Alan Shepard’s place on Bonifacio was listed for $3.995M with great views of Point Lobos and our listing at 1563 Sonado was listed for $1.985M with views back over the Lodge. The 3 additional new sales were all in the MPCC area: a bank-owned property on Valdez went quickly with the list price of $1.449M, a rancher on The Old Drive listed for $895K and home up on Chaparral that was listed for $895K.
